One of my best friends is turning 18 and in addition to some other gifts I was gonna bring him a cigar or two. Any reccomendations on moderately priced, but still pretty decent cigars?

uh, i haven't bought'em in awhile... not very expensive though. less than $20 for the ones i used to buy.

you should be able to buy something decent for around $7-$10

sure it won't be some supreme tasting shit but i would get something nice.

actually you could get him a small tin of say, oh, what did i use to buy, i don't remember, but for around $10 you'll get a nice tin of indonesian chewbacca cigarrilos, nice smelling but brief.

go to your local tobacconist & ask around, don't buy it at the fucking drugstore, go to someone who knows + loves the stuff + explain yr predicament, they should help you out.

Rocky Patels DECADE, VINTAGE 1990, or VINTAGE 1992's are available in toro or robusto sizes for under $10

The Vintage 1992 is one of my faves and can be bought at a cigar store fro under $8.00

Macanudo makes some very good midprice cigars ($6-$9)

Ghurka makes soem fine tasting cigars.

You culd always go to the cigar shop and ask themfor a medium bodied cigar. or a mild if your friend does not like the super spicy tobbacco.
the full bodied cigars, like San Cristobal, are fucking powerful, and not for novices.

But ASHTON makes a delicious cigar as well.

If you are in Montrose, go to the Cigar Emporium at richmond and shepherd.
