Les Paul, music genius, dead at 94

Les Paul, the Waukesha-born genius who rose to become one of the most influential musicians in the 20th century, has died at the age of 94.

can't say it was unfair, he was around for awhile.

My friend has a Les Paul and I play on it quite regularly. I love it. It's such a perfectly designed guitar, really. Such a pure instrument. This is so sad. Fuck.

Andy Kessler died too.

Farewell father of fretless wonder.

Too bad, but he had a long, extremely influential life. That makes me wonder is L Fender still alive? I like his guitars better. Never found one I liked more than a telecaster.
