i love interpol. i wanted to see them back in september, but i had a huge test the next day that i needed to pass. one day, i'll see them.

they have a new prime minister in pakistan-- the guy released all the judges mushie had put in prison.

I've listened to "The New" WAY too much over the last 2 days. Those 1/2 detunes and retunes (or maybe bends or something else) in the middle and toward the end hold my ears hostage sometimes. The new album is their best, I think.

well, techically, i have watched the news because i watch infomania on current every top of the hour. i watch for smart-alecky quips courtesy of my fifth-favorite yale alum conor knighton.

yeah, those parts always get me.

Can you figure out what he says at the end of "Mammoth"? I keep hearing something about "sails" and "black fire" but I don't think thats right.

uhler- hey, i just put that on my ipod a few days ago! i'm saving up to get an 80 gig so i don't have to delete stuff in order to put new songs on. it gets so tedious.

Today my head has been filled with "Ego Tripping" by the Flaming Lips. It gets stuck in there periodically.

i saw interpol & sy in teh same week last october... it was amazing. and i would never put furthering my education in front of seeing a band i love live. there's ALWAYS ways around things.
