www.everythingenglish.com is a great siteL US based, cheap, and has a shifting selection. Unfortunately, they run out of stock on stuff :( and you can't backorder.

threadless.com is really cool. they run 15 bucks for guys, and they're really high-quality shirts. they last forever.
