Ignore function.

Sorry, a sensible post, I'll get back to my usual bollocks in a bit (apologies for those who doesn't like that... actually, no, fuck you, I'm a genius)

Where and how do I find/ use the ignore function?

truncated 05.09.2006 05:30 PM

Now why would you want to do that? I find the emissions of imbeciles quite entertaining.

Glice 05.09.2006 05:32 PM

Mmm. No, it's gone too far with a particular person now. I find myself compelled to read his/her posts and find myself consistently bored. Plus, I've got his/her provocation patter commited to memory, so it'll prove more amusing to have the responses out of context.

Hip Priest 05.09.2006 05:33 PM

'Your Settings', under 'miscellaneous'. But before you go there, bear in mind that wise man, he say 'Know Your Enemies'. Make yourself blind to stupidity and you make yourself blind to danger.

truncated 05.09.2006 05:38 PM

Who are you speaking of? Go on, give it up.

Glice 05.09.2006 05:39 PM

Well, I'd kudos your bad ass for being helpful squire, but it appears you have received my pejoritive electronic love too much.

'Know your Enemies' is all well and good, but there's also the thing of ignore people who bore you.

Funny, wasn't truncated in this thread a few minutes ago? How strange.

krastian 05.09.2006 05:40 PM

It's me. I'm sorry man. I do the best I can. I can't really blame you....maybe you'll give me a second shot?

truncated 05.09.2006 05:41 PM

Yes, as retarded as that looks, I felt it was warranted.

Glice 05.09.2006 05:48 PM

Yep, I'm ignoring krastian. Because s/he stole my goat, the begger. I would ignore truncated, but she might post pictures of herself again, and I can't seem to find any pornography on the internet (where is it? Hiding I'll bet...)

truncated 05.09.2006 05:50 PM

I have a massive stock of photos; I simply can't post them at the moment, some ridiculous copyright technicalities. Pffft.

truncated 05.09.2006 05:52 PM

If you speak of who I suspect you speak of, I must advise you, refraining from responding is FAR more entertaining and satisfying than imposing the infamous ignore. There is NOTHING more fun than watching a pitiful creature impaling itself with its own faltering guises, frothing at the mouth while its mortal writhing goes unacknowledged.

Glice 05.09.2006 05:52 PM

Is 'copyright' the new synonym for 'legal'? Remember, I'm always here if you need to use the PM function.

truncated 05.09.2006 05:53 PM

The term "legal" itself is subjective. Perhaps I will solicit your interpretation of said jargon with samples.

I suspect you're right in your assumptions, it's pretty bleeding obvious, but I don't really want it to be so obvious as to be explicit, for various reason. Board politics are boring/ ridiculous, I should've just figured it out for myself and not told anyone... crap. I'm just not amused any more.

Yes. I can be your 'solicitor'.

truncated 05.09.2006 05:56 PM

Being obvious is no fun.

I wish I had saved my golden (for it was indeed golden, I have no qualms about stroking my own ego) psychological breakdown of the unmentioned perpetrator. But you're right, bringing any more attention to it/him/her would simply exacerbate an already unpleasant situation.

*Edit: I don't need to explain what an excellent pun that is, do I? I'm really quite pleased with it.

You've tainted it with your edit. Way to go.

Now, if you could just comply with my editing, I think we're all square.
