So the hosting company ended up charging me $94.00 (which rolled over to $108.00 after interest) when it was supposed to be $30.00/3 months.

Wellll I owe:
$86.00 for school books
$42.00 to get to montreal and back in 2 weekends
$49.00 update my buss pass

And I'm completely broke after that...I had to cancel the account and ask for a refund, but I'm going to host it again when I have more work hours and a better pay (I currently work 8 hours a week).

I still have the domain name, so when I do rehost it, it will be all set up for us

I appreciate it man, it would work, although I'd end up feeling terribly guilty for taking your money. I'm really not willing to take any money, I'd rather just wait a few months and then renew it than lead the guilt trip. I'm getting a better job in December loaning out cars (haha), so I'm going to consider it then!

i have my own server you can use. my website is hosted from it, its at my house to it my not be as reliable as some commercial solution but it def. works.

ok ill set it up so you can upload things via ftp. i have to implement some permissions first, because i used to just have my whole site exposed on ftp along with music and shit people uploaded and one day my whole webpage and everything on the server was deleted, so obviously i stopped doing that. the reason was the drive was FAT32 and you cant have permissions with that, fairly easy to switch to NTFS without losing any data but ive just been lazy. i got suspended from school though, so now i have plenty of time and no excuses.

That's wonderful. I got suspended from the High School for hacking the Administration's account. Whatever, I go to the college for classes so it doesn't matter. I think my suspension is up soon. Like Friday or something.

where i grew up there is no drinking age and we even got drunk with the teachers once we were 15-16. america's educational system has a monster stick up its ass. you're just pretty much doing what biology dictates. fucking puritans!

if you need therapy as you said it's not to "set yourself straight" but to learn how to stay mentally alive in a system that creates zombies.

inhuman: next time you look for a commercial host go with pair networks. they kick ass and their overusage charges are pretty fucking decent.

when i was still in school i was always suspended or truant or in ISS. i don't even remember what for.

ISS was the worst! No sleeping, no reading, no eating. Just sitting there, doing work. AWFUL.

i loved it. they let us go to sleep or read or just fucking space out and we could pretty much just leave at will.

Ours was total lockdown. There wasn't even a clock!

we didn't have a window or anything but it wasn't like that at all. they didn't keep the door locked and half the time the ISS guy would just leave the room so i could just get up and leave and they never did shit.

Even worse, the room used to be the 'smoking' room when teachers were allowed to smoke on campus, so it reeked of cigarette smoke, also the coldest room in the building.

no matter what i did in high school i never got suspended, i could've bombed a classroom and i still wouldn't get suspended. i did not go a lot though.

I ditched school so much and is funny I never got caught. Only When I was late and was just going in during lunch.

School doesn't like me. I suppose that's what happens when you sell and do drugs and get kicked out and never go.

School never liked me specially the counselors.

teachers always liked me even when i didn't.

Some teachers where actually cool, but others were annoying.

The only way to go......well I went once on acid. A bunch of people walking around in red (us) and blue (them).

we were just dancing to hardcore for them, so when they told us to stop she smelt the booze. glad i told the truth or i would have been expelled.
