DO IT! (even if I for one think you've likely seen most of the better parts). Go out west if ya ever get a chance. |
Oh yes to the west! We will save enough one day and just make a road trip out that direction. I cannot get Ryan on a plane so we have to drive. It's just a matter of having the time off and saving up for the trip. Maybe next summer would be good for that one. I really want to go back to Mardi Gras this year i love that town. It is so much fun:)

have you spent any extended time in stl?? i would love to show you around the seedy parts
|
Quote:
just a couple of days. the seedy parts: you mean east stl or stl proper? i hear east stl looks bombed out. i <3 urban decay though. |
east stl is fucked up and best avoided. and totally bombed out. really gross strip clubs, car jacking, all kinds of fun stuff.
stl proper mostly, north st louis is pretty sketchy. my childhood neighborhood is pretty bad too, shootings across the street and dope dealers getting busted next door. bullet holes in our window. |
Quote:
reminds me of when i lived in shaw before it was invaded by yuppies the bullet holes are worrisome though. i might pass through STL next spring. any places you'd recommend? |

California
South Carolina North Carolina Nevada Arizona |

i live on a tex-mex food state and i hate it. the metled yellow cheese on everything, etc. fuck yellow cheese-- especially melted. actually yellow cheese in any state is foul for me. i'm wondering more about st. louis originals, stuff you can't find elsewhere, like this page: http://stlplaces.com/stl_foods/ ps- also, cheap, hole-in-the-wall-but-awesome type places would be a plus. |
You just made me crave nachos symbol man.
|
Quote:
pero los nachos me dan asco, synth |
Quote:
the eat rite at 7th and chouteau is amazing, tiny hole in the wall STL legend. |
Quote:
then it's probably more mexican (natural) than tex mex (heavy on the chemicals) Quote:
ah! thanks!!! you know im all out of rep to send in your direction, i tried in the preggers thread ("fuck your mother, fuck your dog") but sadly i got the "denied" message. anyway, add +1 here. |
