Let's have a serious conversation about color
 

I'm not sure if my favorite color is blue, red, or green. They are just so great in there own right. I don't think red and green go very well together though, they really clash. Green and blue or green and red work well.

Green and Blue are awesom, Red sucks.

my favorite color is orange, although i own nothing orange.

ah, orange a close second to red, so delicious. i used to have an orange wall.

Red and black. Fabulous alone, better together. This is not opinion, but fact.

my favourite coloUrs (damn american shortcuts) are purple and yellow and if its clothes, my favourite is brown.

When I'm painting, I love bright primary colours, my least favourite being white because I go through a tube of it in 1/3 of the time it takes me to finish any other colour. Fucking cunt! I love the combination of red and blue cus they clash

Purple is dark, shady, thoughtful, and a very mysterious colour.

Black and White are in there own realm of awesomeness.

Purple is good and I like green a lot as well. Not so keen on orange I must say. I do own underpants in all the above colours though.

The word 'colour' dates back to the medevil times in England but contary to popular belief it was spelt 'color' not what brits thing to be right 'colour'. So for once the americans are right.......i'll get me coat.

Yes....my trousers aren't made from easywipe materials such as leather. So pants for an important barrier between my trousers and my arse.

Try to imagine a new color that couldn't be classified as anything that is already existing. It is hard.

i absolutely love blue, white, green and brown in my clothes, but i prefer black and red when im drawing.. the effect when you combine them can be great.. although drawing in blue pen is fun too.

I've tried to do that before. There are colors that are outside our spectrum of viewing, like infrared and ultraviolet.

Although really, those colors are just frequencies of light that are brain interprets as colors. So colors are all in our head.

I'm color blind... you jerks.

black of course is the absence of color & white is the presence of all colors in the visible spectrum.

Although, if you mix all the colors on a palette, you get brown, not white, which serves to point towards our basic creatureliness in my mind...God being Light, light being white & shit being brown. Well, usually it's brown, that is.

every culture that has ever been documented has a word for these 3 colors:

black, white, & red.

since the dawn of time, primitive African cosmologies/theologies have regarded these 3 colors as sacred & important to tribal religion.

one would think that green would figure in as primally also, but it doesn't.

of course, nowadays Africa has constant civil wars because Russia & the USA like to sell them their leftover weapons.

I like brown, white, grey, black. I'm not huge on colours but if I have to choose it would be like a dark maroon are almost white looking blue.
