The last thing I bought was Patti Smith's horses, but I'm too lazy to get a picture of it.

I wish I had bought it sooner, I love it.

gmku 10.22.2007 10:58 PM

I recently purchased a foothold on my sanity. It's a slippery slope, though.

It's gold!!!

floatingslowly 10.23.2007 09:19 AM

I spent 5 gold to change from shadow to holy, then I had to spend another 10 gold to refine my talents to include 5 points in silent resolve (due to the fact that my new_phat_healz were drawing too much agro).

all-in-all, I'm happy, and I get to go back to wearing my fancy dress instead of the ugly vest (that I only wore to pump out extra shadow damage).

it's an intangible purchase, so I can't show you a picture of it, but I have no buyer's regret (so far).

The Barnhart Dictionary of Etymology (Wilson, 1988, ISBN
0-8242-0745-9) says: "~I~ pron. 1137 i; later I (about 1250,
in The Story of Genesis and Exodus); developed from the unstressed
form of Old English (about 725) ic singular pronoun of the first
person (nominative case). Modern and Middle English I developed
from earlier i in the stressed position. I came to be written
with a capital letter thereby making it a distinct word and avoiding
misreading handwritten manuscripts. In the northern and midland
dialects of England the capitalized form I appeared about 1250.
In the south of England, where Old English ic early shifted in
pronunciation to ich (by palatalization), the form I did not
become established until the 1700's (although it appears
sporadically before that time)."
