i'd suggest that you go to WBAI.org and find whatever podcasts are available for the program, "education at the crossroads." it's an afro-centric program on urban education. i like the show and listen to it almost every week, but whenever they discuss ebonics, i want to cry. it's a black perspective on education though and is interesting. the hosts are generally pretty hateful people though.
