I have 334 DVDs, 36 TV DVD sets (ranging in size from 3 to 25 discs, most are 4-5), and 162 VHS tapes

I have over 600 vhs's (sold 200 in the past year... most of these are horror films that have never been released on dvd, like WHITES OF THE EYE, UNMASKED PART 25, BURNING MOON, and some more... a few are extremely rare and pricey), around 70 dvd sets (all the classics! Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, Paranoia Agent, Super Milk Chan, 12 Oz Mouse, Serial Experiments Lain, all Kids in the Hall Seasons, all kinds of great shit!), and (at last count) a little under 1200 dvd's/dvd-r's (mostly all experimental/art films and Japanese shit).

I've recently gotten rid of TONS of movies though so my numbers might be a bit off.

I have over 20 vhs's, around 5 dvds, 2 TV sets and 1 yottabyte.

I really kinda of like VHS tapes because I can pick up movies for $2 or something like that all the time. About the only thing I can touch for near that in the DVD realm is random deals like getting the 2 disc Inland Empire for $4

yeah, vhs's rule, but they're such a hassle to move. I like dvd's... actually, that's one of the things that motivated me to burn dvd's so much.. I'll often give away my copy of an actual dvd to a friend and just keep a burnt copy, just so I can fit them in a spindle. Makes it to so much easier to move!! I mean I had so many movies at one point that they were stacked to the CEILING in my room... and then I had to move with al lthat shit.. I'm talking 6 or 7 big-screen-TV boxes filled with vhs's... not fun. THat is mainly what made me go, "y'know, do I REALLY need that copy of MR VAMPIRE 5: MAGIC COP?"
