i just don't like what's happening to my kitty. i don't think i would feel nearly as...alarmed if the cat wasn't freaking out. i don't know that i necessarily believe in possession but i do know for a fact that i'm too strong-minded and strong willed for it to happen to me.

Perhaps leave the ouija boarding alone for a bit, and see if and how the cat's mood changes at all. I take it you know people (who are, shall we say, "professional" in these matters) who you could talk to if nothing improves w/the cat?

the thing that happened the last time i did a ouija board that put me off doing it again was the pointer went out of control, spinning round and round really fast and my arm and my friend's arm both went icey cold.

when i used it yesterday nothing that alarming happened, it was just a general bad feeling, you know, but i just sort of wrote it off after i put it away. but like now there's just this really eerie feeling looming around and the cat's acting up...waking up totally soaked in cold sweat at 6:00 in the morning and my chest felt like it was frozen, like inside of my lungs, not just my skin.

ha ha ha this thread is is playing tricks with my mind :D

i used to live in the house where my grandmother died. actually i slept in her room. during the years, all of the smaller things she owned and i had kept, just diappeared. i mean things like hair clips, combs, small bottles of perfume, earrings... i never saw them again, not even when i moved and packed or sorted out everything in the room. also, stuff would move around the room (if i put a stuffed animal on the table and went to the bathroom, it would be on my bed when i got back)

the scariest experience was with a few friends, i was eleven years old then. we had stayed at a friend's house for the night, it had been storming all night, but the weather was good in the morning and we decided to go play in the woods next to her house. there was an abandoned little house there, all the windows were broken and it was an incredible mess... when we went in, the first thing we noticed was that there was no water anywhere, even though every window was open and the forest was still dripping from the rain. there were torn up papers dating from the fifties in there, completely dry. all the furniture was kicked over and there was a huge pile of clothes in a corner. the dog we had with us didn't want to come in, so we went away again, but then a friend remembered she had seen a nice mirror in there and asked me to go and get it. i took the dog with me, but he still didn't want to go in. when i wanted to take the mirror, something fell over on the first floor or the attic, the dog started to bark and howl like crazy and i ran :P she never got her mirror.

damn it starts again, and now its 10 p.m.

personally i believe that "ghosts" or entities similar to what have clasically been known as ghosts do exist, based upon personal experience and knowledge of the subject. i think some people are simply more attuned to sensing such entities or feeling their prescence (myself included, i am and always have been very sensitive to these things, particularly bad or negative energy)
i'm not afraid of ghosts or the possibility of ghosts, even though i know not all of them are very nice and some of these spirits or entities are incredibly malicious, for what reason i have yet to figure out. i hope that when i die i stick around on earth, but i won't be mean...i'll just play tricks on you :D
