I enjoyed it immensely. I had never seen jimmy stewart in a suspense movie. Hitchcock can film things with such style and bravado. great flick

that combo of laughter and tension always gets me. the coen brothers are great at it.

let's say it's "entertaining". it's not the worse thing i've ever seen in a movie theater but i wouldn't say it was good either, i applauded when helena bonham carter's character was burned alive.

beautifully shot, kinda meh plot at times.

I don't get the hype for this movie. I think it was nicely shot, but overall I hate the movie.

fuckin a its like 6 ft wide. i need to get a screen cos the wall shows some flaw but it sure bet my old tv and any lcd i've een out there.

it's an OLD projector, 800x600 px, but still fucking rules.

I very nearly went postal in the theatre, between falling asleep during the songs in that fucking dreadful horrible ridiculously inane movie.

I fucking LOVED this movie, children of men. best sci fi movie since bladerunner.

i love how so much of this movie happens with no soundtrack and no dialogue, just the sounds of th4e ocean. I have always loved robinson cruseau, read it about 5 times in my youth, and this movie really kicks out the shipwreck jams.

I don't know Rob, maybe I had higher expectations for it.

that could be man. I rented it a month or so ago with absolutely no idea what it was about and it floored me, especially the cinematography.

it ruled all over donnie darko though.

Well I have to give it credit that it was beautifully shot, but the ending just irked me.

It was sort of like the ending to the Sopranos.

William S. Burroughs: The Cut-Up Films (1963-1972)

I've seen the divingbell and the butterfly yesterday, it's wonderful, schnabel is great, there are wonderful scenes, he managaged to make lourdes look like las vegas by the way, the music is awesome, the script is never pathetic, I wonder how he could make such a delicate and diffuclt movie from a book like that (the book is amazing as well, but a movie version to me sounded impossible)

Ok, so I saw what seems to me to be like the fourth or fifth remake of ''Invasion Of The Body Snatchers'', which I feel is a classic. This version gets a little bit more in depth as to how and what is causing the transformations as well as cures and what-not. It was entertainment and nowadays from hollywood thats about all you can hope for. I liked some of the supporting characters and the overall plot isn't bad, again it is a remake. The ending though....hmmm

My favorite horror films involve heavy paranoia. This is easily in my top horror flicks with John Carpenter's The Thing and the original Alien.

Mine is the original Night of The Living dead.

I love when cracka-ass whitey gets it.

I saw Definitely Maybe last night. I'd rather see a feelgood film than something hip cool and deep, and I liked this particular one very much.

i cannot stand the main actor in that movie though. I want to kick him in the neck
