Your political system in the US is really outdated with just the two parties. So it would be good if both parties would be split up in two or more parties. But the problem with new parties is often that after a while that there will be conflicts and it will split up again or implode completely. Or the new party is so eager to get representatives in every city or state election that they don't do severe enough background checks and soon enough the person needs to resign because the Twitter or FB history shows he's really a neo-nazi. Pretty sure that will happen if Trump would get his own party.

Over here we have elections in two weeks for House of Representatives and there's 37 parties to choose from. THIRTY SEVEN !!
And some of them are splinter groups of other imploded parties (e.g. JA21 is split from Forum For Democrazy)

I'd be inclined to agree if it wasn't for the fact that the IOC has had views on this for almost two decades and generally accepted guidelines.
