Yes! To me it all should either start with the vocal melody, or a real catchy guitar melody and make the vocals abrasive.

After that, the drums should highlight the melody and the bass should be harmony. then add guitar noise (that's my writing style I mean, I didn't mean that's how it should always be)

writing a short story is hard... it requires focus of which i have none i get distracted far too easily. i bet you could write a short story if it didnt have to have a beginning a middle or and end??? or at drawing if you didnt have to explain what it was supposed to be?

Showing emotions. As in, being excited for other people, being sympathetic. I just can't do it.
Following through with my goals - genuinely putting effort in at school is the main one.
Choosing a career path - musician, music teacher, private music teacher, session musician. I also can't decide what to do about university.

Nicely compressed short stories that progress from A to B are just beyond me.
If I break out of that mindset that they HAVE to conform to that standard,
then I could probably write some that I was happy with.
