I have a tendancy to say things on impulse, usually as a joke, and sometimes they can be quite funny in a rather dark way, if she can't find any of that funny at least half of time, that's going to be tough on both of us.

I would like to think that I'm a believer in "It's not what you like, it's what you are like," but even when I meet a seemingly fine person at work or at school, I can't help but hope that their favorite movie is not The Boondock Saints.

I don't make nearly enough effort to justify calling it a search, though.

I get sick of people who are always in my face, even if they are likable. These are the people who are so obsessed with themselves, they make sure that everyone around them knows all of the most insignificant details of their lives. Because God forbid someone might want to form their own opinion of you rather than having you tell them what to think.

There really is something to be said for keeping your mouth shut. When quiet people do talk, I am more inclined to listen to what they are saying. When I meet a person who can't stop talking, I basically start to tune out everything they say.
