Playing 4-2-4 against Man City was, let's just say, "interesting"
|
that blast from sane, damn
i missed the first half, was watching a depressing british flick |
From a West Ham point of view you still are
|
yes
it’s shot in essex ha ha damn... |
Well Man City did what Man City do didn't they?
Everton however, are up to 6th place and above Man Utd. Next week is the derby and it's just...it's gonna be the same old story isn't it? *Sob* |
Yeah, Man C were different class.
Meanwhile heard MU were abysmal today. |
spurs started early
|
chelsea was robbed a penalty, but even with that, score could easily be 4-1 by now
|
holy shit SON!!
|
Not watching it but the scoreso far seems to say it all

son’s goal was like he was channeling garrincha |
so, champions today. anyone watching? i'm not very interested this season and i don't know why. maybe cuz i don't get reliable custom access to specific games like i did when they were on fox. or maybe it's the group stage.
psg liverpool tomorrow has potential though... |
I have a nagging interest in Man U v Young Boys just cos I hope MU's season gets even worse. I won't be watching it though. Just keep an eye on the score.
PSG Liverpool does seem the top pick tomorrow. |

I can't even bring myself to watch Man Utd tonight. Or any night for that matter. Instead i'm gonna go with the Man City/Lyon game. However, the Real Madrid/Roma game could also be a decent watch.
|
tempted by man city lyon too if i can find it
|
if youre not catching lyon man city, do
lyon missed 2 goals already — hit on goalpost by lyon! could have been 3-0 with some luck — i can imagine pep yelling right now |
GOAL! LYON!
hot damn -- man city ties the score from laporte header -- delph in for sané |
holy shit cornet scores again! 2-1 lyon ahead with some 10 minutes left
-- oootah immediately kun evens the score another header what team is this? 2 set pieces |
MU have resorted to playing Smalling as centre-forward. I shit ye not.
|
2-2 lyon man city
worthy highlights, don't miss the 3 missed lyon goals in the first half actual goals great too memphis depay was great |
MU snak the win but that doesn't change the fact they were lifeless at home to probably the worst team in the CL.
|
Over the last two nights we've seen both unbeaten teams in the premier League look almost average. Tbf, Man City did well to come back from losing positions twice.
However, Klopp messed up going for such a defensive team against PSG. As much as Neymar is a dildo he's some player |
o man
totally spaced it yesterday |

Yep, wondering if this season could be another reality check in Europe. Also what do you make of the rumours about Man U targeting Pickford? |
holy shit i just watched the highlights and wow am i ever sorry i missed that game
buffon at psg now? and tuchel! and bernat... i need to see more psg. curious about count orlock--he never really got dortmund going-- now with lucien favre dortmund is 1st on bundesliga. probably helps that bayern is 5th! |
Ah it was a great game. The first half especially. Henderson was definitely shown up at points. He was a really good player at one time (it's true!) but age and injuries are showing themselves.
I thought Tuchel made a stupid ass move making three defensive subs at 65 minutes when there was only a goal in it. However, it really did kill the game off. Didn't Emery do that last season at PSG and it bit him on the ass? |
this is from last month. did you ever see it?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QD8yF9LmG4 no wait, it's still this month :D feels like forever ago somehow though but look |
So the Prem's mad Christmas schedule kicks in today. Over the next fortnight alone there's games Today, Tomorrow, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday ... and that's before it REALLY gets hectic at the end of December - beginning of January!
Bring on the usual complaints from managers and calls for a winter break. Personally I love it |
I'll admit by January I'm work out with it and all I'm doing is watching it on TV. Maybe cos my couple of bottles of wine during each motd is increased *slurs words*
As for this weekends football I guess the big two are to the derbies being played on Sunday. Tottenham/Arsenal and Liverpool/Everton. As always, I have ZERO expectations that everton will win. |

Looks like that Wolves bubble have finally burst.

cardiff? it was great while it lasted... |
Yeah although to be fair they were pretty lucky in some of those games early on where they grabbed some unexpected points thanks to pretty dubious decisions. But still, they were interesting while it lasted. They've looked awful these last few games. Expecting to see them start dropping down the ranks now.
|
ah....
had no idea there was a game today. i did notice you earlier post about daily games but it just sank in, ha ha |
Important win for West Ham today. And 2 goals for Chicharito!! Who'd have thought?!?
|
2-0 to Southampton against Man Utd. Still another 60 minutes to go so you might as well bet a 3-2 United win!
