I can't stand Oldham - to me this is like Joni Mitchell collaborating with James Taylor in the '70s. The cover choices have mostly been inspired, though ("Deacon Blues"!), and the guest list can be impressive (Meg Baird, Mick Turner, Six Organs Of Admittance, Azita, George Xylouris...).
