actually, that is a Squier Super-Sonic guitar from the mid/late 90s japanese "vista" series (also the venus and jagmaster). in the fender book, the guy who designed the guitar actually explains how he was inspired to build it after seing a pic of hendrix with an upside-down jaguar.

can you still hear his voice live? ive seen tons of videos where his guitar is louder than his voice and you cant hear him singing

yeh you could barely make out what he was singing, but if u listend to the riff, then u worked out the song u would know what he is singing, but yeh the guitar is fucking loud
