Do you upload your photos to Photobucket or anything like that? If you do have them online, the find the URL of where they're stored (if they are in Photobucket that will be easy to find), which should probably end in ".jpg", then click the little yellow square with the mountains in that's at the top of the message input screen and put the URL into the pop-up box that appears, click enter, and, hey presto, your picture should appear in your post.
