Sounds nothing like the library I frequent. Since the library introduced computers with internet access around 2002 it's become a den for rowdy juvenile delinquents scrounging social security benefits, hobos, the mentally ill and swotting sixth formers. The people who talked to themselves and smelt like wee were muscled out!
