I used to work in the vaults on chiswell street a few years ago but it shut down.Pity because it was a lovely pub.The thing is that most pubs nearer the actual building might be closed because they are in the city.Near the tube is a different story.

The Sunday opening thing is what led me to The Crowders Wells - there's a review on the beer in the evening website (www.beerintheevening.com), which I use as a pub bible, that says it's open on Sundays - but I'm happy to meet wherever you suggest. You know the area loads better than me!
