in the past episodes that was always a good thing, even if not easy

I'm not quite that far yet.

things I've done:

disarmed the bomb in megaton and got my house.
finished the minefield quest for the survival guide
rescue town members from super-mutants at germantown cop station
made friends with some wanna-be vampires

last night I took out the nest of giant fire ants. I "helped" the scientist. he gave me a shot of genes for ant eyes, and then I followed him back to the queen. although I told him that I'd spare the queen, I just couldn't resist. after playing hit and run on her antenna, she flipped out and starting fighting the robot. after that she was easy to take down.

I'm so hooked, it ain't funny.

I ve spent all my school holidays after I got fallout 2 short after it came out, 16 days of playing like mad, only some hours of sleep inbetween, I am a little bit afraid that it will happen again.

Has anyone played that Force Unleashed game??

^^I played the demo for alittle bit the other night, but I don't have a next gen system and apparently it won't be out on the pc...

it seemed kind of cool, I was expecting more...but then again, it was just a demo.

Right on.

it's a lot of fun (while it lasts). ultimately, the game was too short and there's not that much replay value.

it's kind of rpg-light where you assign skills, combos, force powers based on earned xp, but other than choosing a "good" or "evil" ending, you end up about the same when you hit endgame.

my son beat the game in a couple days. I got all the way to the end, but didn't finish off Darth Nader. I guess I should to say I did, but yeah....why bother when there's Fallout 3??

Yeah, I was a little annoyed by KOTOR 3 being an MMO. I'm not a big MMO fan, and I'm too broke to be paying a monthly fee to play. That said, I loved KOTOR 1 and 2 was decent. Bioware makes great games, so the new one certainly has the potential to be awesome, but I kinda doubt I'll play it.


On the subject of Fallout 3. I beat it a couple nights ago. Loved it.

If the rumors are true this won't be pay to play, though it may be.

I'm not a mmo fan either, I think the idea of buying a game then paying a monthly fee to play it is stupid. I've never bought or played an mmo.
