Yeah I think they do. The computers on my campus won't even let you look up art galleries, due to the word 'gallery' being in relation to 'porn gallery'. Quite poor form really.

man, i remember when i was still at school one year they didn't filter out proxy servers so you could theoretically get by the filter...but then the next year they started filtering them and everyone was pissed.
