the new Mark McGuire is beautiful. I just smoked a bowl of spice (the awesome weed alternatives they have at headshops) to try and fall asleep but the music and the drugs made my thoughts go out of control while I saw patterns behind my eyes! No sleeping through that!

Deftones' "Beware" off the excellent (and underrated) Saturday Night Wrist album, as part of a playlist on YouTube. The playlist also contained their cover of Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple Man and Diamond Eyes, and those two songs really helped me with some stuff I'm going through right now...
