Check out my friends in Gay Beast (RIP) and Xaddax on the Skin Graft! Talented individuals they are. If you mourn the passing of Gay Beast, track down Hasps, the duo of the drummer and guitarist of GB. I think I might like Hasps even better.

Great stuff from GB and Xaddax but I can't find any Hasps to listen to.

I don't think Hasps have any albums out yet. I am lucky enough that I get t just go and see them reasonably regularly.

Yeah, GB were around for some years and made a few albums, but Dan doesn't just do music and had other avenues to pursue artistically I guess.

Xaddax is the new band from Nick Sakes of Dazzling Killmen/Sicbay et al.

There might be a Hasps set on emptystapes blogspot. He records all the shows in town.

I shall keep an eye on them based on what I've heard from GB.
