today ive eaten an apple and some coleslaw. its 6:46 dinner time but im not going to have anything.
diets are not fun.

For breakfast I just made two egg mcmuffin type deals (except it was way better than the actual mcdonalds version) and some OJ.

just made a kick ass lamb casserole with potatoes (baby ones), rocket, spinach, peppers (or bell peppers as you americans like to call em), carrots, parsnips, red onion, dollop of yoghurt (natural), topped off with some grated mozzerrella.....
totally d.i.y. free form avant cookery, dont really believe in sticking to recepies........

im having an iced mocha latte. sounds like a sissy drink i admit but it's quite good-- espresso, ice, and chocolate. if i had my flask here i'd spike it with a little bourbon. oh yeah.

Rocket is a type of salad leaf. Very strong flavour - you either love it or you don't. I do.
