The three main cities I'm considering are Adelaide, Canberra, and Hobart, although a friend suggested going to a smaller city on the NSW coast (Newcastle, Gosford, somewhere like that).

If I wanted to go to concerts I'm not going to travel; Melbourne's one of the two big cities for concerts and we try to market ourselves as the cultured one. And next month I'll be 18 and finally able to go to shit!

The football team I like is playing in Canberra during the school break... ;)

Yeah, we have fires a lot - when I was seven nearly 200 people died in one of them. (I didn't notice, I was more chuffed to get a whole week off school.) That said, these ones are a lot bigger geographically, and they're exactly what was predicted months, even years ago.

And I'm not going to the desert again. Hell no.

I like that I've gotten to watch music videos for a couple of hours and pass it off as homework.

The older I get, the more people keep telling me I look like Doug Stamper from House of Cards. Probably goes along my bald head and eyebrows.

I don't think I know any Polish rock though, I did like that guy you were talking about a couple of months ago. We do have Mr. Polska, who's a Dutch-Polish rapper, he's horrible according to my musical standards but I hate that kind of music. His lyrics are all in Dutch as well, so it's more Dutch music than Polish music I guess

here’s the thing: flossing is more important than brushing. the tongue and saliva generally clean the large open surfaces of teeth. brushing... is okay. but the stuff that’s stuck in between? it just festers there.

you wanna get more dates? don’t show up with bits of bread dough stuck in those hard to reach corners. you know the ones i’m talking about...

the right order is:
rinse first, to remove large particles
floss second, to open up all surfaces
brush last, so that the fluoride reaches every availabe crevice
for the cherry on the top, a tongue scraper gets rid of bad breath
listerine etc is bullshit and a scam

This is the first time in over 900 years (since 11/11/1111) the date is palindromic no matter the date format.

It’s also the 33rd day of the year with 333 days left!

The Chinese student who's in some of my maths and physics classes (she's pretty cool, actually) has been absent lately. The teacher flashed the roll during Physics today, and turns out she's under quarantine :(

Look on the bright side: she got a free trip to Christmas Island...
But I hope she's not ill, and only quarantined for safety. Or perhaps she requested to get quarantined so she could stay away from school for a few more weeks. And she was still able to leave China, I understood that it most flights are cancelled

I'm assuming that she went over for Chinese New Year stuff. Apparently it's a two week incubation period, so she would've come home before they announced the quarantine. She'd be lazing about at home, most likely.

Also a little worried that she won't be able to catch up at school, I'm knackered and I've been there the whole time.
