(Im a Delighted Spurs fan by the way)
I have to say the Arse were absolutely awesome on Tuesday, i was beginning to think Fabregas had become something of a shrinking violet of late, but he and Flamini ran the business against Milan. People went on about Pirlo being bad but if Kaka makes one chance in the whole game i think he has to accept the Milan blame. Ive always rated Fabregas, but i think on Tuesday he was something else, and if Wenger keeps him i think the Arse are going to be Champions more times than Man U or Chelsea in the next few years. :s |
I can't beleive we only won 3-0 last night. Olympiakos were dire, and we could easily have mullered them, but for the last half an hour all we seemed to want to do was ensure that they didn't score. It was like watching a training session. I was all for taking a defender off and bringing Anelka on, it's not like the defence was being kept all that busy.

Liverpool beat West Ham 4-0, and Fernando Torres got a hat-trick. Now Liverpool is fourth, ahead of Everton on goal difference.
|
It's lucky that Liverpool have their history, isn't it? After all, their present is nothing to write home about.
|
Their present isn't too bad... actually it is nothing to write home about. But they'll do well in the Champions League again.

BALLS AND PANTS. WELCOME BACK TO THE STARK REALITY OF SUPPORTING SPURS!!!!! at least its basically 1 nil down at half time. gilberto was a disaster and a mistake starting him. huddlestone and o hara should have been on from the start and chimbonda is not a spurs player at the moment. we gotta kick ass at eindhoven next week big time, they arent any better than us. i sincerely hope jenas ankle isnt as bad as it looked, cuz it looked a terrible fall. C.O.Y.S. forever! |

no but my local spurs supporters club have a teeshirt saying " we are going to wem 5-l ey! " |
bit of a shocker tonight wasnt it.
I think the main lesson should be to never sign the namesake of an Arsenal player ever again. |

So it's true - Spurs fans can't spell! :D Watched the game last night - PSV looked the more likely to win it right from the start, Farfan and Affillay were making your defence look foolish. What is it with Keane? Does he ever stop whingeing? He must have had a go at every Spurs player on the pitch, both linesmen and the ref. At least Berbatov just sulks. :) |
